Just put the obst051.dem file in the \id1 directory of your Quake dir and type
playdemo obst051
from the Quake console, and watch me finish E1M7 in nightmare in only 0:51...
just recorded this to be faster than foobar's 2fast.dem ;-)

If anyone can do it faster, please email me the recording, or put it up some-
where and let me know where to find it.

To record yourself type the following at the quake console:
skill 3
record bla e1m7
